A Big Screen Work Out

 

 

You know you should get more exercise, start working out on a regular basis, but you can’t seem to get the motivation.  Maybe it’s the winter weather, where you would just rather stay inside where it’s warm and catch a movie.  This counts as working out!

 

A new study by the University College London reveals that going to the movies qualifies as a workout. Scientists studied moviegoers and found they experience an elevated heart rate while watching films. The heart rate increase is equal to 40 minutes of low impact cardio.
