Almonds are known to help lower bad cholesterol levels while helping to keep your good cholesterol levels in check.
It’s recommended that you try and eat at least 45 grams of almonds per day. That’s around 35 almonds.
Try and stick with non-soaked almonds and also be sure that they have their skin as the skin has the highest levels of vitamin E.
