According to Health and Fitness experts, weight training should always be done first.
Here’s how it works. Apparently, our bodies are more capable of handling weight training earlier in our workouts because of the energy we need to do it.
On the other hand, cardiovascular exercises should always be the last workout because it helps our bodies recover by increasing blood flow to the muscles and flushing out the lactic acid build up in the muscles.
