Local farmers’ markets provide the best, fresh and local produce in your area. Visit your local farmers’ market or grocery store and you’ll see healthy fruits and vegetables of every colour.
If you can grow it yourself, give it a try. The satisfaction of eating something you grew yourself is wonderful! Try growing herbs first then move on to more challenging veggies and fruits.
Double up on the good stuff. The more veggies and fruits you have on your plate the better. Always try to have more of it than the chicken or steak.
