Sounds a bit off right? Healthy and smelly rarely show up in the same sentence, but there are a good amount of ways to get healthy and smelly at the same time. Trust me, it’s not as bad as it sounds.
According to an Health 24 article “Garlic, onions, spring onions and leeks all contain stuff that’s good for you. A study at the Child’s Health Institute in Cape Town found that eating raw garlic helped fight serious childhood infections. Heat destroys these properties, so eat yours raw, wash it down with fruit juice or, if you’re a sissy, have it in tablet form.”
So there it is! Those smelly foods are actually helping! Extra garlic on mine please!
