Until we can all finally get outside and run after an extra long winter, I have a few key tips on how you can boost your workout on the treadmill at home or in the gym.
Boost up your metabolism by changing speeds and intensity. Don’t be scared of a little incline. Try out different combinations of speeds and incline to give your body a change from your regular routine, you won’t bored either.
Rest! And don’t go too crazy!
Set a goal to increase your speed just a bit each time you workout, small increments will make a big difference in a few weeks.
