Remember the good old days when you were nimble and flexible? They might be long gone but you can still stretch out a bit further.
Stretching in the morning and before bed are excellent ways to keep yourself limber.
When you do stretch, try to ease your body into a comfortable position until you feel the stretch. Hold that position for at least 20 seconds.
Remember to take deep breaths. Get that oxygen-rich blood to the muscles and try not jump into or force yourself into an uncomfortable position.
