Everyone is ready to soak up some sun after such a long winter. Be careful not to spend too much time outside with the sun though!

Up to 35% of UVB rays and 85% of UVA rays penetrate thick glass, while 50% of UVB rays and 75% of UVA rays penetrate a meter of water and wet cotton clothing.
Choosing the right clothing will help you not get burnt and don’t forget you can also using sunscreen while driving, and water resistant block if you’re swimming.
