Summer is pretty much on the doorstep! Now that we are trying to shave off some of our “hibernation pounds” it’s time to look to our diet and see what we can do to improve for the summer.
Healthy living starts with fruits and vegetables. While all have their own vitamins and antioxidants, some will even help you drop some pounds.
Mangoes are excellent great for this. Their high levels of Pectin and Vitamins A, C and D keep mangoes on top of the list. Mangoes also have great fibers that will help with constipation.
Pineapple scores big points too. Often ignored, these fruits are stuffed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. Plus they help with digestion and boost metabolism.
