[VIDEO] Here Is Some Sub-Zero Science For The Cold Weather

Ever hear of the Mpemba effect? With the entire country is experiencing record-breaking temperatures this winter, here is a bit of cool science to go along with this extra cold time of year.


Last year in St-Donat, Quebec, David Freiheit was vacationing with his family and decided to try a little experiment in the then -29° Celsius temperatures.


David wanted to demonstrate the Mpemba effect, which is when warmer water freezes faster than colder water.
