The end of your workout usually involves some stretching and some sort of meal. Maybe a shake or a light healthy snack or even right to a nice dinner.
Here is where you need to keep a close eye on what goes in. Stay away from carbohydrates for a little while after your workout, at least an hour should be ok.
Practicing this forces your body to break down body fat, rather than using the food you ingest.
Eating fruit and drinking lots of fluids during that hour is the best thing to do.
