The more weight you drop, the more hungry you will be, that’s pretty much how it works. Keeping the cravings down as you lose weight can be a tough thing to do, stay focused and read these tips.
First, eat fat, fibre and protein to make sure you feel full. Avocados are excellent for those healthy fats and lentils and oats will keep your protein in check.
Control those portions! Little things like using smaller plates or the handful method can trick your brain into thinking you’re eating more. If you are really serious, grab a kitchen scale and really break things down.
Stick to the plan. Your cravings won’t just end like that, it will take some time. Keeping up with your new routine and staying focused will keep you from falling back to the bad stuff.
