Weight Loss: Get On The Scale

 

The Daily Mail claims a new study by researchers in Pittsburgh and California reveals that people, who weigh themselves everyday lose more weight than those who don’t.

 

People, who weigh themselves 6 or 7 times a week lose an average of 4.2 pounds per year

 

People, who never weigh themselves don’t lose any weight and in some cases gain pounds.
