Who’s More Emotional At Work? Him or Her?



A new survey by Total Jobs reveals that men are more emotional at work than women. Other findings:


– men are twice as likely as women to get emotional when their workplace ideas aren’t heard or they get criticized

– men are three times more likely than women to get emotional when a project goes over budget or a deadline is missed

– men are twice as likely as women to shout or quit their job because of their emotions

– millennials are the most likely group to face emotional challenges in the workplace

– 33% of workplace outbursts are triggered by co-workers

– 10% of workers claim they are victims of workplace “bullying”

– 60% of workers have a “workplace enemy”
